As a dad to three kiddos and a movement educator with a B.S. in Health Science focusing on physical activity and exercise, I believe fitness should be FUN. That's why I designed the Nerf programs here at Blast Zones, located at Studio 1 Sandpoint. My goal is to create a space where kids can build confidence, strength, and coordination through play.

In my Nerf battle classes, we'll enjoy skill-building and inventive movement games. It's all about helping kids realize they're capable of more than they ever thought possible and finding the joy in physical fitness.

When I'm not at the gym, I enjoy community building around fun, alternative fitness throughout Sandpoint. You might spot me bringing my mobile parkour setup to the Wednesday Farmer's Market, leading the popular Sandpoint Tag League at City Beach, or building a playground with natural and recycled materials on my property in Selle Valley.
